The installation and disassembly method of excavator bearings should be determined based on the structure, size, and compatibility with the excavator bearing components. The pressure for installation and disassembly should be directly applied to the tightly fitting end face of the excavator bearing retainer, and pressure cannot be transmitted through the excavator bearing rolling element, as this can cause indentation on the working surface of the excavator bearing, affect the normal operation of the excavator bearing, and even damage the excavator bearing. The cage, sealing ring, dust cover and other parts of excavator bearings are easily deformed, and the pressure of installing or disassembling excavator bearings cannot be applied to these parts.
